The big Premier League games are rolling in thick and fast.

We’ve just recovered from the madness of ‘Derby Day’ and the error-strewn but highly entertaining spectacle that was Manchester United 2-2 Arsenal.

Now, attentions turn to the showdown at Stamford Bridge as Chelsea host Manchester City in one of the season’s most eagerly anticipated heavyweight clashes.

This fixture in recent seasons has consistently served up engrossing tactical battles and, with Pep Guardiola and Maurizio Sarri patrolling the technical areas, it’s likely to be no different this time around.

City – as you may have noticed – continue to operate on a different plane to the other 19 teams in the division.

Guardiola’s champions have clinched 41 from a possible 45 points so far this season and, even though Liverpool are only two points behind them, it’s difficult to envisage an outcome other than City retaining their title.

But Chelsea, reeling from a midweek defeat to Wolves, may have something to say about that.

Ahead of the Saturday headline fixture, we’ve compiled our combined Chelsea and City XI. You can check it out in the embedded video above.

We think we’ve pretty much nailed it. You may have other ideas and, if you do, we encourage you to ping us on Twitter @FB_WHISPERS. But be nice about it. We’re fragile.
