It’s been 28 years since England were here but, tonight against Croatia, Gareth Southgate’s brave young Lions bid to make history by reaching a first World Cup final since 1966.

Not since Sir Bobby Robson’s iconic team of 1990 has a Three Lions side played in a World Cup semi but, tonight in Russia, the current side will tread in the footsteps of legends like Paul Gascoigne, Gary Lineker, Stuart Pearce and Chris Waddle and co.
