Aaron Ramsdale

Goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale was born in Stoke-on-Trent on May 14, 1998. He started his career with Bolton Wanderers before joining Sheffield United in 2013 where he graduated from the club’s youth academy and twice appeared as an unused substitute before signing his first pro deal.

Having debuted for the Blades in the FA Cup during the 2016/17 campaign, Ramsdale signed for Premier League Bournemouth in the summer of 2017, spending the next two seasons on loan at Chesterfield and AFC Wimbledon. At the start of the 2019/20 season, Cherries boss Eddie Howe threw Ramsdale into the side and the England youth keeper – who won the 2017 Under-19 Euros and 2018 Toulon Tournament – has not looked back.
