Amin Younes

Amin Younes is a German winger, born on 6th August 1993, who plays for Napoli. Predominantly a left-winger, Younes joined Bundesliga club Borussia Monchengladbach at just eight, and made his professional debut for Monchengladbach II in 2011. Younes was promoted to first team towards the end of 2011-12, amassing a total of 28 Bundesliga appearances for the club. It was during a loan spell with Kaiserslautern in 2014-15 that the Germany U21 star truly gained the plaudits, which led to Ajax paying €3m for his services on a three-year deal. Since then he has become a firm favourite in Amsterdam, scoring eight times in his maiden season.
