Angelo Ogbonna

Angelo Ogbonna is an Italian defender, born on 23rd May 1988, who plays for West Ham United. Ogbonna began his life in professional football with Torino and made his debut for the side when he was 18, but was loaned to Crotone for the 2007-08 season. In 2009-10, Ogbonna became a regular starter for Torino and proved himself as one of Italy’s best central defenders. Impressive performances continued, which led to a move to Juventus in 2013. He struggled to be anything other than a backup at Juventus until he joined West Ham in 2015. Ogbonna made his senior international debut in 2012 and appeared for his country at the 2016 European Championships.
