Anton Rodgers

Anton Rodgers is a Northern Irish defensive central midfielder who currently plays for . A former Chelsea academy player, Rodgers moved to Brighton & Hove Albion as a teenager and made his senior debut in an FA Cup tie with Wrexham in January 2012. Born on 26th January 1993, in Reading, Anton is the son of former Swansea City and Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers. After A loan spells at Exeter City, Rodgers signed for Oldham Athletic in July 2013, where he would spend the 2013/14 season before moving to fellow League One side Swindon Town on a free transfer the following summer. He was part of the Robins side that reached the 2015 play-off final against Preston North End and had made more than 50 appearances for the club by the start of the 2016/17 season.
