Arnold Kruiswijk is a Dutch left-back, born 2nd November 1984, who is the current vice-captain of . Kruiswijk started his professional career at hometown club Groningen, making 150 league appearances before leaving for Anderlecht in 2008. After a loan spell at Roda JC, and subsequent four-year stay at Heerenveen, the defender arrived at the GelreDome on a free transfer. At international level, he was part of the Netherlands U21 side that tasted European glory in 2006.
