Blas Cáceres is a Paraguayan midfielder, born on the 2nd August 1990, who plays for . He was moved up to the first team at hometown Asunción club Olimpia in 2008, and after six years which included sporadic appearances as well as loan spells at Guarani, Sol de América and General Diaz, he joined fellow Paraguayan giants Cerro Porteno. After winning the 2015 Torneo Apertura in May that year, he moved abroad for the first time in December 2015, joining Vélez Sarsfield on loan.
