Carlos Tevez

Carlos Tevez is an Argentine attacker, born on the 5th February 1984, who plays for Boca Juniors. He began playing youth football for All Boys, but later moved to Boca Juniors, where he completed the youth system and made his first team debut aged 17 in October 2001. In January 2005, he moved to Brazil’s Corinthians for US$20m in a South American record transfer, and would later play for West Ham United, Manchester United and Manchester City in England, and Juventus in Italy, before returning to Boca in July 2015 for roughly US$7.25m plus first options on some Boca youth players for Juventus. One of the most successful players of his generation, Tevez has won (among other trophies) eight league titles, four domestic cups, one Copa Libertadores, one UEFA Champions League, an Intercontinental Cup and its successor, the Club World Cup, and was on the gold medal-winning Argentina team in the 2004 Olympic Football Tournament.
