Cesc Fàbregas

Cesc Fabregas is a Spanish midfielder who plays for Monaco. Fabregas was born on 4th May 1987 and started his footballing career as a member of Barcelona’s famous La Masia academy before moving to Arsenal in 2003. The Spaniard broke in to the Arsenal team in the 2005-06 season and was handed the captaincy in 2008. After several months of transfer rumours, Fabregas left Arsenal to return to Barcelona in the summer of 2011, where he won several trophies. Fabregas returned to English football in 2014, signing for Chelsea for £30 million. The midfielder made his full Spain debut as a teenager and was a member of the squads that won the European Championships in 2008 and 2012, as well as the 2010 World Cup. In January 2019, Fabregas ended his time with Chelsea and moved to Thierry Henry’s Monaco.
