Conor Hourihane

Conor Hourihane is an Irish midfielder, born on 2nd February 1991, who plays for Aston Villa. After a youth career with Sunderland, Hourihane joined compatriot Roy Keane’s Ipswich Town in 2010 but failed to make an appearance. A spell with Plymouth Argyle followed, after which he signed for Barnsley for £250,000 in 2014 and went on to captain the side. A vital player for the Tykes, he won the Championship player of the month in August 2016.
