Cristian Nasuti

Cristian Nasuti, born on the 6th September 1982, is an Argentine defender who plays for . His first professional appearance was for Platense in 2000, and his top flight career started in 2002 when he moved to River Plate. An eighteen month spell at Monarcas Morelia in Mexico followed from 2005 to 2006, before a return to River saw him lose his first team spot due to injury. He had loan spells at Banfield, Aris Salonika and AEK Athens, before moving to Emelec of Ecuador in 2012 and on to Deportivo Cali of Colombia in 2014. In January 2016, Véle Sarsfield signed him on a free transfer. Nasuti has won two Argentine league titles with River, as well as the Ecuadorian and Colombian titles and a Greek Cup with AEK.
