Diego Colotto

Diego Colotto is an Argentine centre back who is currently playing for Quilmes. Born on the 10th March 1981, he made his debut in 2000 for Estudiantes de La Plata. After three years in the first team, he moved to Tecos in Mexico in January 2005, and on to Atlas in July 2007. From Mexico, he was transferred to Spanish side Deportivo de La Coruna in September 2008 for US$2m. He would spend seven years in La Liga, winning a Spanish second tier championship with Deportivo in 2012 and moving to Espanyol in July that year, before eventually leaving for India, where he signed for Pune City in August 2015. He returned to Argentina in February 2016, signing for Lanús, but only featured in three games of their title-winning campaign before joining Quilmes on a free transfer for the 2016-17 season.
