Dusan Tadic

Dusan Tadic is a Serbian international forward who currently plays for Ajax. Born on 20th November 1988 in the former Yugoslavia, he played for the youth teams of hometown club AIK Backa Topola, before joining FK Vojvodina aged 14. In August 2007, his debut came in a Serbian Superliga match against Partizan Belgrade before starting against Atlético Madrid in a UEFA Cup qualifying match five days later. The skilful left-sided attacker joined the Eredivisie in July 2010, firstly with Groningen before a £6.1m move to FC Twente two years later, scoring in the end of season Eredivisie Europa League play-off final win against his old club. In 2013/14 his 16 goals and 14 assists fired Twente to a third-placed league finish before a £10.9m move to Southampton in July 2014. Tadic made his international debut for Serbia in a friendly against Poland in December 2008.
