Fabian Vargas is an experienced former Colombian international who plays for . Vargas has had a prestigious career, playing for some of the biggest sides in world football. The deep-lying playmaker began his career with America de Cali in 1998. He moved to Boca Juniors in 2003, where he spent six seasons and won four league championships, the Intercontinental Cup, the Copa Sudamericana twice and the Recopa Sudamericana on two occasions. Vargas moved to Europe, enjoying spells with Almeria in Spain and AEK Athens in Greece. In 2012 he returned to Argentina with Independiente, before playing in Ecuador with Barcelona and then returning to Colombia with Millonarios. The technical midfielder has over 40 caps for Colombia.
