Francis Coquelin

Francis Coquelin is a French midfielder, born on 13th May 1991, who plays for Valencia CF. Coquelin is known for his no nonsense approach in midfield and used largely as a defensive midfielder. The Frenchman joined Arsenal in the summer of 2008 and spent much of his time out on loan between 2010 and 2014. Coquelin then became a key member of the first team squad and starred as Arsenal lifted the FA Cup in 2015. The midfielder represented France throughout youth football and was a member of the squad that won the under-19 European Championships in 2010.
