Franck Moussa

Franck Moussa is a Belgian-born forward who plays for . Originally from Brussels, the fast, flair players began his career as part of the RSC Anderlecht set-up where, after impressing for the junior sides for club and country, he moved to England to join the West Ham United academy as a teenager. A move to Southend United in 2005 brought a first-team debut, aged 16, as part of the squad that won the League One title during his first season at Roots Hall. His form for the Shrimpers paved the way for a step up to the Championship with Leicester City before joining Coventry City as a free agent in September 2012. Moussa is known for the quality of his goals rather than the quantity; however he did score 13 times in 39 appearances during the 2013/14 season for the Sky Blues. Two years in the Championship with Charlton Athletic would be dogged by injury problems before returning to Southend in July 2016 one-year deal, with an option for a further 12 months.
