Gary Cahill

Gary Cahill is an English central defender who plays for Crystal Palace. Cahill was born on December 19, 1985, and started his senior career with Aston Villa as a teenager. Loans to Burnley and Sheffield United followed between 2004 and 2008.

In January 2008, Cahill signed for Bolton Wanderers on a three-and-a-half-year deal and made his full England debut whilst with the club. In January 2012, Cahill signed for Chelsea. He went on to succeed John Terry as captain, winning the Champions League, Europa League (2), Pemier League (2), FA Cup (2) and League Cup. In the summer of 2019 he completed a free transfer to Selhurst Park.
