German Lux is an Argentinean goalkeeper, who plays for River Plate. Born 7th June 1982, Lux started his career at River Plate and was a long time starter before being replaced by young talent Juan Carrizo. He ended up joining Mallorca in 2007 and managed to capture a first team spot after consecutive injuries to young goalkeeper Moya. Unfortunately it was a case of De Ja Vu for Lux as he was replaced by a new younger goalkeeper in 2009 by Mallorca, after only getting the odd appearance he ended up join Deportivo in 2011. Also, Lux has represented Argentina at senior level playing 6 national matches in total.
