Ivan Toney

Ivan Toney is an English forward, born on 16th March 1996, who plays for Peterborough United. Toney grew up playing for Northampton Town and became the youngest player to feature for the club when he made his debut for them in 2012. His early performances for the Cobblers paved the way for a move to Newcastle United in 2015. Following his first season with the Magpies, he spent time on loan at Barnsley, where he was a winner at Wembley twice in the space of two months – firstly in the Football League Trophy final and then in the League One play-off final against Millwall – before joining Shrewsbury Town on a six-month’s loan at the start of the 2016/17 campaign.
