Jack Butland

Jack Butland is an English goalkeeper, born on 10th March 1993, who plays for Stoke City. Butland started his career with Birmingham City, breaking in to the first team in 2012 after two short loans at Cheltenham Town. Financial difficulties forced Birmingham to sell Butland to Stoke City in January 2013, but he was loaned back for the remainder of the 2013-14 campaign. Loans again followed for Butland, as he was desperate for first team football, until he became Stoke’s first choice for the 2015-16 season. Having represented England from under-16s onwards, Butland made his senior international debut in 2012.
