James Collins

James Collins is a Welsh defender, born on 23rd August 1983, who plays for . Collins made his senior debut for Cardiff in 2000 and remained with the Welsh club until 2005, when he joined West Ham. Injuries and competition for places meant Collins was not always a first choice with the Irons, which led to him signing for Aston Villa in 2009. An integral member of the squad at the Birmingham club, Collins remained there until 2012, when he re-joined West Ham. Collins made his senior international debut in 2004 and captained his country for the first time in 2010.
