James Maddison

James Maddison is an English attacking midfielder, currently playing for Leicester City. Maddison made his name at Coventry City, breaking into the first team at the age of 17. His form caught the attention of Premier League side Norwich City who signed him in January 2015 before sending him back to Coventry for the rest of the season. Ahead of the 2016/17 season, Maddison moved out on loan once more to join Scottish Premiership club Aberdeen for the first part of the season.

He returned to Carrow Road in January 2017 and made his long-awaited Canaries debut in April 2017. A regular during the 2017/18 campaign, in which he was named Player of the Season and nominated for the EFL Championship Young Player of the Season award, Maddison joined Leicester City for an initial £20million in June 2018. He made his England debut against Montenegro in UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying.
