James Tomkins

James Tomkins is an English defender, born on March 29, 1989, who plays for Crystal Palace. Tomkins joined West Ham’s academy when he was seven. He worked his way through their youth teams, earning his Premier League debut in early 2008. However, he was loaned out to Derby County for a brief period in late 2008. Tomkins became a fan favourite and was a regular in the West Ham first team until he was sold to Crystal Palace in 2016. The defender represented England from under-15 up to under-21 level and played for Great Britain at the 2012 Olympics.
