Jetro Willems is a Dutch full-back, born 30th March 1994, who plays for Newcastle United. The left-back needed just 16 appearances at Sparta Rotterdam to grab the attention of PSV, and quickly moved to Eindhoven in 2011. Within a year of joining PSV, Willems’ form at club level had been rewarded with a call-up to the Netherlands side for Euro 2012, where he became the tournament’s youngest ever player. The £8m-rated defender has since played a key role in helping Phillip Cocu’s men win back-to-back Eredivisie titles.
