Josh Morris

Josh Morris is a former England youth international who currently plays for Fleetwood Town. Born on 30th September 1991, Morris joined the Blackburn Rovers youth academy at the age of 12 and can play as either an attacking left full-back, but generally is utilised as an out-and-out wide midfielder. Morris was handed a baptism of fire on his senior debut as a substitute for Rovers during a 7-1 thrashing against Manchester United in November 2010. Among a number of loan moves was a spell at Fleetwood Town, with whom he was a 2013/14 League Two play-off final winner. He signed for Scunthorpe United on a free transfer in June 2016 and enjoyed a sensational start to the 2016/17 League One season, scoring 13 goals in the opening 15 matches. Morris represented England at the 2011 FIFA U20 World Cup in Colombia.
