Keylor Navas

Keylor Navas is a Costa Rican goalkeeper, who plays for Paris Saint-Germain and was born 15th December 1986. The Costa Rican shot stopper made his name at Costa Rican club Deportivo Saprissa. After becoming a regular he joined Segunda side Albacete, getting regular minutes at the club, after becoming a regular instantly. His fine form saw him move to Levante originally on loan before signing permanently in 2012. It wasn’t until the 2013/14 season where he became a regular starting 37 of the 38 games possible in La Liga. His form was so impressive he beat the likes of Courtois and Caballero to win the goalkeeper of the year award in La Liga. He carried on this form into the World Cup, after this Real Madrid came knocking. Activating his €10 million release clause he became a Madrid player. In his first season at the club he struggled to get games ahead of club legend Iker Casillas, in his second season with Casillas departing he became the clubs regular goalkeeper making 34 appearances in the season.
