Kostas Manolas is a Greek defender who was born on 14th June 1991 and plays for Napoli. Making his breakthrough at a big club in 2009, Manolas signed with AEK Athens on a three-year deal before moving to Olympiakos on a free transfer in in 2012. Manolas impressed further in the Greek league and moved to AS Roma after just two complete seasons with the club. The Greek attracted interest from several Premier League clubs including Chelsea and Arsenal whilst at Roma
