Lacina Traoré

Lacina Traoré, is an Ivorian striker, born 20th August 1990, who plays for CFR Cluj. At 6ft 8in Traoré has earned himself the nickname “Gentle Giant”. The striker first reached prominence in Russia when he joined Kuban Krasnodar in 2011 from the Romanian club Cluj. In 2012 he joined Anzhi Makhachkala, who sold him to Everton in the summer of 2014. Traoré failed to make a major impact in England, and after six months moved to AS Monaco. In the summer of 2016 Traoré returned to Russia, as he was loaned out to CSKA Moscow.
