Martin Braithwaite

Martin Braithwaite is a Danish forward who plays for Leganés and was born on 5th June 1991. He was a youth player at Esbjerg fB, starting his career, signing in 2007. The striker would play 88 times for the club, scoring 17 times before moving to Toulouse in 2013. He also picked up his first senior international cap in the same year. Auxerre, Rennes, Celtic and Hull City were linked with him before joining TFC. He scored 13 goals in his first two seasons, but stepped up and scored 11 in 36 games as they saved their Ligue 1 status on the final day of the season in 2016.
