Laba’s first professional contract came in 2010 with Argentinos Juniors. The player would go on to win one Clausura title with them in 2010 before leaving for Toronto FC in 2013. With Toronto, Laba scored one goal in 16 appearances. In 2014, just a year after joining Toronto, Laba was traded to the Vancouver Whitecaps. He has represented Argentina five times at the U-20 level.
