Matteo Darmian

Matteo Darmian is an Italian full-back, born on 2nd December 1989, who plays for Parma. Darmian started his career with AC Milan, making his Serie A debut for the Italian giants when he was 17. The Italian spent the 2009-10 season with Padova, helping them to avoid relegation from Serie B, but then joined Palermo permanently in the summer of 2010. After spending just one season with Palermo, Darmian joined Torino on loan in 2011 before completing a permanent transfer in 2012. Impressive performances in the 2013-14 season saw Darmian named in the Serie A Team of the Year and, in July 2015, he joined Manchester United. The defender made his debut for the Italian senior team in May 2014 and featured at both the 2014 World Cup and 2016 European Championships.
