Matthías Vilhjálmsson

Matthias Vilhjálmsson is an Icelandic centre forward currently playing his football for Vålerenga. He was born in isafjörour on January 30th 1987. Also known as Matti Vill, the striker had a brief spell in England with Colchester. He has won many titles, including the Icelandic league with FH three times and the Tippeligaen with Rosenborg in both 2015 and 2016. Vilhjálmsson scored his first international goal against the Faroe Islands in March 2010 and had to wait five years for his second against Canada in 2015.
