Maxi Rodriguez, born on the 2nd January 1981, is an Argentine winger who plays for {team.name}. His career began with Newell’s Old Boys, where he debuted for the first team in 2008, and has included spells at Spanish sides Espanyol (from 2002 until 2005) and Atlético de Madrid (from 2005 until 2010) before a move to English club Liverpool in January 2010, and a return to Newell’s in July 2013. ‘Maxi’ has won the English League Cup and the Argentine league, as well as the Under-20 World Cup with Argentina; he has also represented the full national team at three World Cups.
