Moses Odubajo

Moses Odubajo is an England youth international defender who plays for Sheffield Wednesday. Born in London on 28th July 1993, Odubajo joined Millwall as a 14-year-old before trials at Leyton Orient landed him a scholarship with the East London club. The attacking full-back quickly grabbed attention as one of the rising stars of the lower league of the English game, making the first of over 100 senior appearances for Orient in a dramatic Football League Trophy first round tie with Dagenham and Redbridge on 7 September 2011 – in which he converted a penalty in a14-13 shoot-out victory. A £1m transfer to Brentford followed in the July 2014, where he helped the Bees reach the Championship play-off semi-finals against Middlesbrough. After just 12 months at Griffin Park, Hull City paid £3.5million for the full-back, who would make 53 appearances in his first season at the KCOM Stadium – including scoring in the Championship play-off semi-final win over Derby County and starting the final win over Sheffield Wednesday. Odubajo is eligible to play internationally for England and Nigeria.
