Mounir Obbadi

Mounir Obbadi is a Franco-Morrocan midfielder who plays for and was born on 4th April 1983. He grew up in Paris, training with Paris Saint-Germain but never featured for the club. He signed with SCO Angers in 2004 and joined Troyes in 2006, playing over 180 league games for the Champagne side. Obbadi won his first international cap with Morocco in 2005, but wouldn’t play again until 2013. He impressed Monaco boss Claudio Ranieri when he played against him, that led to a 2012 move to the principality. A brief loan spell to Chievo Verona would take him outside of France before joining Lille OSC in 2015.
