Chadli broke into senior football with Apeldoorn, establishing himself as a first team regular until he joined FC Twente in 2010. His spell with Twente was a resounding success, as the Belgian made his Champions League debut and featured regularly for the side. Tottenham became interested in the versatile attacking midfielder in summer 2013, signing the player for £7 million. An indifferent spell with Spurs then saw him move to West Bromwich Albion in 2016. Chadli made a solitary international appearance for Morocco in a friendly, but pledged his allegiance to Belgium, making his senior debut for them in 2011.
