N’Golo Kanté

N’Golo Kanté is a French midfielder who plays for Chelsea. Kanté, who was born on March 29, 1991, started his professional career in the French third tier with US Boulogne. After spending two years at the club, Kanté moved to Caen where he was ever-present in his first season as the club earned promotion from Ligue 2.

In the summer of 2015, having played only one season in Ligue 1, Kanté was scouted by Leicester City and completed his move to the club. During Leicester’s remarkable title win, Kanté was one of their key players and he was named in the PFA Team of the Season as a result. The following season he moved to Chelsea. In 2018, Kanté was part of the France side which won the FIFA World Cup.
