Nicklas Bendtner

Nicklas Bendtner is a Danish striker who currently plays for . Born in Copenhagen on 16th January 1988, Bendtner started his youth career with two different Danish clubs before making the move to Arsenal in 2004. The Dane made his debut for the Gunners on 25th October 2005, as a substitute in a League Cup fixture. The striker remained as an Arsenal player until 2014, but failed to ever become a regular at the club with loan spells to Birmingham, Juventus and Sunderland showing he was surplus to requirements. A cult status built up around Bendtner throughout his time in England, but he moved to Wolfsburg in the summer of 2014.
