Pål André Helland

PAl André Helland is a Norwegian international right winger currently playing his football for Rosenborg. Helland was born in Orkhanger on January 4th 1990. He came through the Rosenborg youth system, making his debut in 2009. However his contract was not renewed and he moved to ByAsen and then Hodd where he won the Norwegian Cup in 2012. This was a famous win as Hodd were the first team outside of the top league to win the cup in 15 seasons. Helland’s form saw him return to Rosenborg in 2013. He made his international debut in 2015.
