Paul Coutts

Born on 22nd July 1988, Paul Coutts is a former Scottish U21 international winger who plays for Fleetwood Town. The right-sided fast, skilful dribbler of the ball began his career as part of the youth set-up at hometown club Aberdeen, before spending three years with Non-League side Cove Rangers after being released by the Dons as a 16-year-old. He would soon come to the attention of a number of clubs, but it was Peterborough United who landed his signature in 2008. The first of more than 50 appearances for the Posh came as a substitute in a 5-4 win over Bristol Rovers in September 2008. From there he made the step up to the Championship with, firstly, Preston North End and then Derby County. He signed for Sheffield United in January 2015 and was part of the side that made the end of season League One play-offs in 2015.
