Phil Foden is a versatile English midfielder-cum-forward who plays for Manchester City. Born on May 28, 2000, Foden grew up a Manchester City fan and signed for his boyhood club in 2008. In December 2016, he was included in the matchday squad for a Champions League tie against Celtic. Foden went on to enjoy an impressive 2017, winning the Golden Boot at the Under-17 World Cup, making his senior debut for City against Feyenoord in the Champions League and winning the BBC Young Sports Personality of The Year award.
