Robert Huth

Robert Huth is a German defender, born on 18th August 1984, who plays for . Huth started his career in Germany, but moved to England in 2001 to join Chelsea. He made his senior debut for the club in 2002, but struggled for regular minutes at the West London side. In 2006, the German left London for Middlesbrough, although his time with the club was blighted by injuries. Once Middlesbrough were relegated in 2009, Huth left the club to return to the Premier League with Stoke City. He became a stalwart for the Potters under Tony Pulis, but was marginalised when Mark Hughes arrived at the club. Huth spent the second half of the 2014-15 season on loan at Leicester City and completed a permanent move to the Foxes ahead of their successful 2015-16 campaign. Having represented Germany at youth levels, Huth made his debut for the senior team in 2004.
