Shaun MacDonald

Shaun MacDonald is a Welsh international midfielder who plays for Rotherham United. He signed for Wigan from Bournemouth in August 2016. Born on 17th June 1988, MacDonald came through the Swansea City youth system and has represented Wales from youth level upwards – he is Wales’ most capped U21 player (25) – and was part of his country’s qualifying campaign for Euro 2016. After loan spells at Yeovil Town, he was part of the Bournemouth squad that gain promotion from League One to the Championship and then to the Premier League.
