Shinji Kagawa

Shinji Kagawa, born 17 March 1989, is a Japanese professional footballer who plays for German club Besiktas and the Japan national team. Kagawa began his professional career in his homeland with Cerezo Osaka before joining Borussia Dortmund in 2010 on a free transfer. After two years with Dortmund, Kagawa signed for Manchester United on a four-year contract for a reported £13 million. Two years later, he returned to Dortmund for £6 million. In January 2019, Kagawa joined Besiktas on loan.
