Stoppila Sunzu

Stoppila Sunzu is a French defender who currently plays for Shijiazhuang Ever Bright and was born on 22nd June 1989. His professional career began with Konkola Blades, before moving to Zambian champions Zanaco FC. A loan spell to Chateauroux in 2008 came and went without a league appearance, so he joined TP Mazembe in 2009. The centre-back would win the CAF Champions League and Super Cup in 2010 and the Africa Cup of Nations with Zambia in 2012. He joined up with Herve Renard at Sochaux in 2014 and left again when they were relegated. Signing for Shanghai Shenhua in China. He moved to Lille on loan in 2015, the club then exercised the purchase option in 2016.
