Walter Erviti

Walter Erviti is an Argentine playmaker or central midfielder, born on the 12th June 1980. He current plays for . Erviti’s first match came in 1999 for San Lorenzo, and in 2002 he moved to Monterrey in Mexico for US$2m. After six years in Mexico he joined Banfield in his native Argentina in 2008, and in 2011 he was sold to Boca Juniors for around US$100,000. In July 2013 he left Boca for Mexican side Atlante, but in January 2014 he rescinded his contract in order to return to Banfield as a free agent. Erviti has won top flight league titles with all three of his Argentine clubs (and a second division title with Banfield), as well as with Monterrey, a Copa Argentina with Boca and the Copa Mercosur (a forerunner of today’s Copa Sudamericana) with San Lorenzo.
